The Plough Inn is thought to have been built as a pub some 200 years ago. It is tied to the Greene King brewery, who bought Morland of Abingon in 1999. In its past, the Plough Inn has sold both petrol and coal!

| The main bar is the largest in the village, with distinctive high ceiling and an old plough mounted on the main beam. The Plough is also famous for its thatched walls. The pub was long associated with Orchard Stables. Although the stables are no longer there, the front parking spaces are still labelled ‘Owners and Trainers’. The barn and part of the land are now occupied by the Morland bowls club. | |||||
