 Children's Art Exhibition

April saw several special Millennium events organised by the Village Millennium Committee.

On Saturday April 8th, the District Councillor, Terry Fraser kindly opened an exhibition of children's art work from the two village schools, the Pre-school and also from our twin village, Sarceaux in Normandy, held in Snells Hall. Terry praised the high standard of the work, which also included verses and essays on the Millennium. On the same day the Parish Council presented mugs to village children and the Women's Institute Collage was unveiled.
