This annual fund raising event was held on Saturday, Dec. 2nd in Snells Hall.

Father Christmas opened the Bazaar having travelled through the village in a sleigh, drawn by a 'reindeer'. On arrival Father Christmas met the village children at the entrance to the hall and then retired to his grotto to meet individual children. Ten stalls were organised, as well as children's competitions, and the traditional grand Draw with over 80 prizes. The lucky winning tickets were drawn by the Rev.Ernest Adley and Tom Eyston (for St.Mary's), with commentary by John Stevenson.

The Bazaar made a profit of £1408, which was shared between the four organisations (St.Mary's Church, St Augustine's Church, Sports Club and the Community Centre).
