| Purpose of organisation | To organise an annual family show for members (anyone who lives or has lived within the boundaries of East and West Hendred) and non-members, where exhibits in a variety of classes are displayed and judged. | |||||
| Brief history of organisation | The show was re-launched in 1995. The Show is self funded and affiliated to the Royal Horticultural Society. | |||||
| Where and when | Approximately 15 times a year, with more frequent meetings before the Show (usually in September). Most meetings held in the Plough. | |||||
| Special events for Millennium year | The
Show was brought forward to August 19th so that a full day's celebration
could be arranged for all the family, achieved by joining forces with the
