| Brief history of organisation | The first reference to hand bell ringing in the village is in 1894, with a photograph outside St.Augustine's Church (the hand-bells are the property of St.Augustine's bell ringers). The custom of hand bell ringing was revived at Christmas 1987, by Robin Hine, Aden Atkins and John Swadling, and has continued since that time. | ||||
