Six modern computers were provided for use by the hall with access to the Internet and courses began in autumn 1999 and continued through 2000.

During 2000 the courses included 'Computers for absolute beginners', 'Computers & You' (word processing, spreadsheets, databases), 'E-mail and the Internet', IBT2 (more advanced computing skills).
